Well Done but super thin
"I just got my big Sis and Little Brother ornament in today for my grandchildren. While they are well done, it is not what I expected for $18. 99. It is super thin wood like you get in the hobby area of the store to paint for 1 dollar or 2. I will keep it, because it is unique, but I do not expect it to last long enough to be an heirloom. I buy an ornament every year for the grand children that they keep for their tree when they grow up and I don't expect this one to last that long. I do not feel like it was worth $18. 99."

"I was a little hesitant to order this after reading negative reviews, however I am pretty pleased with it overall. They did get my girls names correct and in the right spot. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the areas that should be shaded were darker. It came out lighter then in the samples. I would buy again."

"This would be the cutest ornament if it had been done correctly. I received the item with my little girls name spelled wrong and the names in the wrong place. I contacted customer service and they sent me another one with the correct names and in the right place BUT it looks horrible. Very “stained looking” , I am very disappointed!! I had ordered two of these and haven’t received the other one yet and I’m hoping it won’t have the same issues."

"I ordered two different ornaments to hang on my tree. The imprint was wrong on the Sister and brother and the color is awful on the two brothers. Will not order anything personalized from Lakeside ever again."
